Colombia's Davivienda to sell 500B pesos in bonds

Banco Davivienda SA will offer up to 500 billion Colombian pesos in bonds, according to a June 6 filing.

The issuance will consist of sub-series F36, C84 and C120 bonds, with the series F36 bonds carrying a fixed interest rate and the series C84 and C120 bonds carrying a variable rate based on Colombia's IPC plus spread.

The bonds series will have a duration between three and 10 years.

As of June 6, US$1 was equivalent to 2,895 Colombian pesos.
