International Cannabrands Inc. said its founder Jeffrey Britz resigned from the company's board.

Earlier this year, Britz also stepped down from his role as the CEO of the company and then as its chairman.

The Denver-based developer of cannabis products also said it raised C$792,590 from the sale of 3,774,237 units of the company at 2.1 Canadian cents each.
