Cubex Land Ltd. formed a partnership with Places for People Group Ltd. unit PfP Capital to pursue developments in Bristol, U.K., as well as the South West and South Wales regions, according to a post by Cubex executive director Gavin Bridge.

Under the terms of the agreement, PfP Capital, the fund and asset management arm of Places for People Group, will act as the investment partner on large scale projects.

The partnership will undertake a project in the Frome Gateway area of Bristol city center.
