Mount Pleasant, Texas-based Guaranty Bancshares Inc. has agreed to sell Guaranty Bank & Trust NA's Atlanta location to State Bank of De Kalb.

The sale is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter, subject to regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

After the completion of the transaction, Guaranty bank will operate 31 locations throughout 16 markets in Texas.
