Amegy Bank of Texas, a division of Salt Lake City-basedZB NA, promoted BrianStoker to executive vice president, while Amegy Mortgage Co. LLC promoted Bill Dawley to executivevice president.

Stoker will manage the bank's compliance with the CommunityReinvestment Act along with its not-for-profit, community lending and diversemarkets divisions.

In his role, Dawley will manage residential mortgageproduction.

Stoker, who has been a manager at Amegy Bank for 19 years,has almost 40 years of banking experience. Dawley, who joined Amegy's mortgageteam in 2013, has more than 25 years of banking and mortgage lending experience.
