AMC, Altice USA ink carriage deal

AMC Networks Inc. and Altice NV's Altice USA signed a carriage agreement covering six AMC cable networks, Multichannel News reported Dec. 29, citing sources with knowledge of the details.

The long-term deal, terms of which were reportedly not disclosed, covers AMC (US), IFC (US), SundanceTV (US), WE tv (US), BBC America (US) and BBC World News (US).

The deal was reportedly confirmed by officials at both companies.
