Kinross to nix option over Grizzly's Greenwood gold property in British Columbia

Kinross Gold Corp. unit KG Exploration (Canada) Inc. intends to terminate its option with Grizzly Discoveries Inc. to earn a 75% interest in the Greenwood gold property in British Columbia.

As part of the deal, KG Exploration will cover all maintenance costs for one year after termination, complete all reclamation, and return all technical information to Grizzly, according to the Dec. 30, 2019, release.

KG Exploration spent over US$750,000 on exploration and completed more than 750 meters of diamond drilling on the claims.
