Affinion Group Holdings Inc. subsidiary Affinion Group LLC has agreed to sell Affinion Insurance Solutions to an affiliate of private equity firm Mill Point Capital LLC.

Affinion Insurance Solutions provides marketing and insurance administration solutions to financial institutions and other partners. After off-loading the insurance division, Affinion Group intends to operate as a pure-play loyalty solutions company.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter.
