Universal Insurance board OKs $20M buyback program

Universal Insurance Holdings Inc.'s board has authorized a new share repurchase program of up to $20 million of its common shares.

The insurance holding company may buy back shares under the program through May 31, 2020. The company also announced the completion of its $20 million share buyback program announced Nov. 8, 2017.
