Guaranty Bank & Trust Co. of Delhi elected Albert Christman board chairman, the Richland Beacon-News of Rayville, La., reported Jan. 18.

Christman will also continue as CEO of the Delhi, La.-based bank, a unit of Delhi Bancshares Inc.

James Hopson, who has served as bank chairman for several years, will remain on its board.

In addition, the bank named Troy Richards president. He will also continue to serve as its COO.
