Israel Chemicals Ltd. said March 13 that Executive Chairman Johanan Locker will conclude his tenure to pursue other career opportunities.

The company chose Yoav Dopplet, the new CEO of shareholder Israel Corp. Ltd. and a member of the Israel Chemicals board, to serve as its new executive chairman.

Israel Chemicals expects the changes to become effective in the second quarter.
