Banking

Bryn Mawr Trust Co., wholly owned by Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., appointed Lindsay Saling senior vice president and director of retail banking.

Saling will oversee the retail delivery channels, and servicing of products and services offered to customers through retail locations. In addition, Saling will be responsible for sales management, among other things.

Saling has prior experience of financial services and sales management with First Niagara Bank and Citizen's Bank.

Comerica Bank added the new title of chief experience officer to Jim Weber, who is executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

The additional role will require Weber to establish and oversee a dedicated customer experience management practice at the bank.

Weber will be joined by Maria Adams, who was named to the new role of senior vice president and director of customer experience management.

Malvern Bank NA, the wholly owned subsidiary of Malvern Bancorp Inc. appointed Melissa Quin vice president, private client regional manager for the bank's Glen Mills/Concordville office.

Quin will be responsible for the branch office's overall operations.

Prior to joining Malvern Bank, Quin was a licensed relationship manager for Citizens Bank in Kennett Square, Pa.

United Bank added Elmo Ziebach Jr. to its board. Ziebach is the COO at Ziebach & Webb Timber Co Inc.

Financial services

Putnam Investments LLC named Scott Sipple as head of Putnam retail management, effective immediately.

Sipple, who will be based in Boston, succeeds William Connolly, who retired in December 2019.

CSG Systems International Inc. appointed Haiyan Song to its board, effective Jan. 10.

Song is senior vice president and general manager of security markets for Splunk Inc.

Evercore Wealth Management LLC, a unit of Evercore Inc., appointed Michael Beck managing director and portfolio manager.

Beck joins Evercore Wealth Management from Goldman Sachs Group Inc., where he advised and managed portfolios for high-net-worth clients.

FS Credit Real Estate Income Trust appointed Karen Dougherty Buchholz as a director, effective Jan. 9.

The appointment was made in connection with FS Credit Real Estate's expansion of its board to eight members. Buchholz is the senior vice president of administration and chief diversity officer for Comcast Corp.
