Shaker International has combined with video interviewing solutions provider Montage Talent Inc.

Shaker is a predictive talent intelligence and assessment solutions provider supported by private equity firm Riverside Partners LLC, which does business as The Riverside Co.

Montage's Kurt Heikkinen will be CEO of the newly merged entity, while Shaker's Brian Stern will be president.

The combined entity will retain all employees, with its management team comprising executives from both companies. It will be dual-headquartered in Cleveland and Delafield, Wis.

Lightning Partners was the exclusive financial and strategic adviser to Montage.
