Caesars Entertainment Corp. said Oct. 17 that it appointed Denise Clark as a director to its board.

The appointment is subject to regulatory approvals.

Clark is also a director on the board of United Natural Foods Inc. She also served The Estée Lauder Cos. Inc. and Hasbro Inc. as their chief information officer.

The Las Vegas-based casino and gaming operator will now have 11 members on its board including Clark.
