WAVE Life Sciences Ltd. appointed Adrian Rawcliffe as an independent director, effective Feb. 1.
Rawcliffe, who is CFO of Adaptimmune Therapeutics plc, was also appointed to serve as a member of the WAVE Life Sciences board's audit committee.
Further, Takeshi Wada stepped down from the company's board, effective Jan. 31. He will continue to serve WAVE as a scientific adviser.
