VerizonCommunications Inc. will be the exclusive wireless carrier forGoogle Inc.'s newsmartphones, Pixel and Pixel XL, in the U.S.
Pixel and Pixel XL, which are now available for preorder onVerizon, will be available in stores and online starting Oct. 20, according toan Oct. 4 news release.
The phones come in three colors: Quite Black, Very Silverand Really Blue, with a display of 5.0" for Pixel and 5.5" for PixelXL. The smartphones run on Android Nougat 7.1 and have 4 GB RAM. They alsocarry a free 3-month subscription to Google Play Music.
With Verizon device payment, the 32 GB Pixel, which retailsat $649.99, comes at a monthly price of $27.08 for 24 months. The 128 GB Pixel,retailing at $749.99, costs $31.24 a month for 24 months. The 32 GB Pixel XL,which retails at $769.99, costs a monthly $32.08 for 24 months, and the 128 GBPixel XL, with a retail price of $869.99, comes at a monthly $36.24 for 24months.
Customers can trade in certain select smartphones and get upto $300 trade-in value with their purchase of Pixel or Pixel XL.
