Nashville, Tenn.-based private equity firm LFM Capital obtained $184 million for its second fund.
Simultaneously, LFM Capital made changes to its management team, including promoting Chris Lin to managing director from vice president, Jessica Ginsberg to business development director from vice president of business development and Noah Krimm to vice president from associate. It also appointed Myron Reising as portfolio CFO and operating partner, and Russ Aiken and Tucker Cowden as associates.
Reising most recently worked as vice president and CFO at Evergreen North America. Aiken was an investment banking associate at Barclays, while Cowden is a former investment banking analyst at Jefferies.
Choate Hall & Stewart LLP was the legal counsel for the newly closed fund.
The lower-middle-market investor focuses on U.S. manufacturing and industrial services companies with enterprise values of $15 million to $125 million and EBITDA of at least $3 million.
