DCP Midstream files to sell $750M of common units

DCP Midstream LP registered $750 million worth of common units to be sold from time to time depending on market conditions.

Net proceeds from any sale of the units would be used for general partnership purposes, such as debt repayment and funding working capital, CapEx and acquisitions, according to an Aug. 11 SEC filing.
