Bank of Princeton's lending chief resigns

Princeton, N.J.-based Bank of Princeton Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Douglas Conover resigned from his posts, effective Jan. 12.

The bank has not named a replacement yet, according to a Form 8-K filed Jan. 17 and recently obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence. Conover's departure was not a result of any disagreement with the bank on any matter, the filing added.
