Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. issued US$50 million worth of notes under a HK$15 billion medium-term note program.

The company said March 26 that the notes bear a coupon of 2.80% and are due 2018.

The notes will be consolidated and form a single series with the US$300 million notes and US$100 million notes issued in November 2017.

Guotai Junan International is the dealer for the issuance.

Guotai Junan Securities Co. Ltd. is the parent of Guotai Junan International Holdings.
