Bryan Chippeaux intends to retire as chairman of Santa Fe, N.M.-based Century Bank in early fall, the Albuquerque (N.M.) Business First reported, citing a news release.

Chippeaux, 63, is a former president and CEO of the bank, a unit of Century Financial Services Corp., according to the publication.
