OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan's shareholders appointed Abbas Ibrahimov as chairman of the bank's management board at a general meeting on Dec. 25, Azernews reported Dec. 26.
Ibrahimov has served as acting chairman of the management board since March, the report said.
