Central Valley Community Bancorp ups quarterly dividend by 1 cent

The board of Central Valley Community Bancorp declared a quarterly cash dividend of 9 cents per common share, up from the previous payout of 8 cents per share.

The dividend will be distributed Nov. 16 to the Fresno, Calif.-based company's shareholders of record on Nov. 2.

In addition, the company also reported third-quarter net income of $5.8 million, or 42 cents per common share, as compared to net income of $4.5 million, or 36 cents per common share, in the year-ago period.
