Qatar National Bank QPSC named acting CEO Abdullah Mubarak al-Khalifa group CEO, effective Dec. 10.

Al-Khalifa served as QNB's executive general manager and chief business officer prior to his appointment as acting CEO in 2018.

He took over from Ali Ahmed al-Kuwari, who was named by Qatar to a portfolio combining commerce and industry under one ministry, Bloomberg News reported previously.
