A group of Heta Asset Resolution AG creditors is eager to reach asettlement regardingthe buyback ofoutstanding bonds,and is likely to makea new offer, Reuters reported April 6, citing Carinthia'sfinancial secretary, Gabriele Schaunig.
Schaunig made the statement to reporters after discussing aletter sent by the group of creditors to the governors of the Austrianprovinces.
In March, several bondholders filed a case against Carinthiato force the Austrian province to honor its obligations on Heta bonds it hadguaranteed.
