Rockrose Development Corp. secured a $348 million refinancing from the New York State Housing Finance Agency for its Hayden apartment complex in Long Island City in Queens, N.Y., The Real Deal reported, citing city records.

The new loan replaces a $270 million financing obtained in 2015. The 974-unit multifamily project at 43-25 Hunter St. includes a 14-story building and a 50-story tower, with an on-site parking garage.
