Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd. plans to issue US$350 million of senior secured notes.

The three-year notes were priced with an interest rate of 6.375% per year.

The notes will be issued May 28 under the company's US$1.50 billion secured euro medium-term note program. They will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.
