Cachet Financial Solutions Inc. is changing its name to Digiliti Money Inc. in a corporate rebranding effort, the company said.

The company plans to update its NASDAQ stock exchange ticker symbol to "DGLT" from "CAFN." The new ticker is expected to go live April 10. The company said the rebranding is intended to reflect the company's digital efforts to create new solutions for financial institutions.
