Enumeral Biomedical Holdings Inc. raised $3.4 million after warrant holders exchanged their holdings for 6,863,000 company shares at 50 cents apiece.

The warrants were exercised at a reduced price under an issuer tender offer. Funds raised will help Enumeral Biomedical fund its ongoing operations.

Enumeral Biomedical is in talks to collaborate with "a number of companies."
