Döhler SA said its third-quarter normalized net income amounted to 12 Brazilian centavos per share, a decrease of 11.5% from 14 centavos per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 7.3 million reais, a decrease of 11.5% from 8.3 million reais in the year-earlier period.
The normalized profit margin declined to 7.1% from 8.2% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue grew on an annual basis to 103.3 million reais from 100.9 million reais, and total operating expenses rose 6.9% year over year to 96.1 million reais from 89.9 million reais.
Reported net income declined 7.3% on an annual basis to 9.7 million reais, or 16 centavos per share, from 10.4 million reais, or 17 centavos per share.
As of Nov. 12, US$1 was equivalent to 3.79 reais.
