Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd. CFO and Vice President for Finance Elif Lévesque will step down by the end of February 2020 to pursue other opportunities.

A search process for her replacement has started, the Americas-focused royalty and streaming company said Dec. 4.

Sandeep Singh was appointed president, effective Dec. 31, after the resignation of Bryan Coates.

The company recently agreed to acquire a 1.5% net smelter royalty on the Pine Point zinc project in Canada's Northwest Territories for C$6.5 million.
