Keller Investment Properties LLC paid $70 million to acquire the 308-unit 80 on Gibson multifamily property in Henderson, Nev., Multi-Housing News reported, citing Yardi Matrix.

The seller was Bascom Group LLC, which bought the 29-building community at 80 S. Gibson Road from Sentinel Real Estate for $37.3 million in 2015, according to the report.
