Toronto's Beleave Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of 9334416 Canada Inc.

9334416 Canada operates a network of medical cannabis clinics in Ontario: Medi-Green, Karmacann and My-Grow.

Beleave issued C$3 million of shares for the transaction and agreed to issue up to an additional C$2 million of shares based on the achievement of certain milestones.
