Independent advisory and brokerage firm Triad Advisors LLC recruited Argent Bridge Advisors, which manages $275 million in client assets, to its platform.

Argent Bridge is comprised of Dianne Nolin, Cecile Hult and Eric Ashburn. It provides services on wealth management, financial planning and retirement, with a particular focus on empowering women, according to a press release.

Triad Advisors is a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc.
