Intermin Resources Ltd. released a maiden resource estimate for the Crake prospect located within its Binduli gold project in Western Australia.
The prospect hosts total indicated and inferred resources of 1.1 million tonnes grading 1.59 g/t gold for 57,700 ounces of gold at a 1.0 g/t gold cutoff. Mineralization remains open to the west and north.
The estimate incorporated results from a reverse circulation drilling program in 2018 comprising 85 holes for 8,096 meters.
The company said March 12 that it plans further drilling at Crake as well as high-priority targets at Binduli. Initial scoping studies for open-cut mine development will commence in the March quarter.
