Resurgens Technology Partners raised more than $200 million for its flagship fund.

The fund received investments from endowments, foundations, global asset managers, financial institutions and pension plans.

Atlanta-based Resurgens provides capital to North America-based software and technology-enabled services companies in the lower-middle market.

Proskauer was the fund adviser.
