Harmony GoldMining Co. Ltd. said April 11 that an employee was fatally injuredin a fall of ground accident at its Kusasalethu gold mine in South Africa.

The management has stopped mining activities on the levelwhere the accident occurred and investigations are underway.

Two of the company's workers died in August 2015 — one in arail bound accident at the Kusasalethu mine and at the mine.
