Universal Merchant Bank named Kevin Cain director of consumer and business banking, subject to regulatory approvals.

In his new role, Cain will be responsible for the Ghanaian lender's personal banking, private banking and business banking arms. He will also handle the expansion of the bank's transaction and electronic banking channels.
