Hügli Holding AG said its second-half normalized net income amounted to CHF17.62 per share, a decrease of 14.4% from CHF20.57 per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was CHF8.5 million, a decrease of 14.2% from CHF9.9 million in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue totaled CHF187.6 million, compared with CHF188.5 million in the year-earlier period, and total operating expenses totaled CHF173.4 million, compared with CHF172.2 million in the year-earlier period.
Reported net income decreased on an annual basis to CHF11.4 million, or CHF23.76 per share, from CHF11.7 million, or CHF24.43 per share.
For the year, the company's normalized net income totaled CHF38.09 per share, compared with the S&P Capital IQ consensus normalized EPS estimate of CHF47.76.
EPS declined 6.6% from CHF40.80 in the prior year.
Normalized net income was CHF18.3 million, a decline of 6.4% from CHF19.6 million in the prior year.
Full-year total revenue totaled CHF370.6 million, compared with CHF369.9 million in the prior year, and total operating expenses came to CHF340.1 million, compared with CHF337.6 million in the prior-year period.
The company said reported net income totaled CHF23.3 million, or CHF48.49 per share, in the full year, compared with CHF23.4 million, or CHF48.79 per share, the prior year.
