China Everbright Bank issues US$500M of floating-rate notes

China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. issued US$500 million floating-rate notes due 2022.

The notes were issued under the bank's US$5 billion medium-term note program and are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong exchange on or about Dec. 12.

China Everbright Bank's Hong Kong branch, Citigroup, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank, Everbright Sun Hung Kai, Haitong International, ICBC, J.P. Morgan, Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd., NATIXIS and SPDB International are joint book runners and joint lead managers for the issuance. China Everbright Bank's Hong Kong branch and Citigroup are also acting as joint global coordinators for the issuance.
