Frasers Property's Australian arm obtains A$600M green loan

Frasers Property Australia Pty. Ltd. secured a A$600 million five-year term corporate syndicated loan.

The loan is Frasers Property Ltd.'s first green loan in Australia and third overall, following two facilities secured for properties in the Singapore.

Barclays Bank PLC is the underwriter of the loan, for which Barclays Capital Asia Ltd. serves as lead arranger, book runner and green coordinator. Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., which functions as facility agent, is also one of the lead arrangers, underwriters and book runners of the loan along with Mizuho Bank Ltd. and CTBC Bank Co. Ltd.
