Central China Securities Co. Ltd.'s board named Hua Jinzhong vice president, in addition to his current role as compliance head.

The brokerage further named Xie Xuezhu chairwoman of its Central China Futures Co. Ltd. subsidiary, according to a Feb. 26 release. Xie will move from her role as vice president of the parent company.

In addition, Central China Securities restructured two business departments in the province of Shandong into branches.
