Report: Emaar Properties seeks sale of Burj Khalifa viewing decks

Emaar Properties PJSC is looking to sell the At The Top observation decks of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper in Dubai, Reuters reported, citing four unnamed sources.

The Dubai-based real estate giant tapped Standard Chartered for advice on the potential sale, the process for which started in November, two of the sources told the news agency.

The viewing decks could be worth approximately $1 billion, Reuters added, citing a financial source.

Emaar and Standard Chartered declined to comment, according to the report.
