Mesirow Insurance Services will combine with 's middle-marketplatform, Alliant Americas.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Mesirow Insurance Services, an independent insurance agency inthe Midwest, is a division of financial services firm Mesirow Financial. The organizationalstructure of Mesirow Insurance Services will not change. Its leadership team anddivision employees will move to Alliant Insurance Services. It will also continueto operate satellite offices in Illinois and Denver.
