Western Union's former HQ building in Englewood, Colo., sell for $40M

Western Union Co. sold its former two-building headquarters in Englewood, Colo., for $40 million, the Colorado Real Estate Journal reported.

The 391,240-square-foot campus in the Meridian International Business Center was sold to an undisclosed group based in Reno, Nev.

The buildings at 12500 and 12510 E. Belford Ave. include office and data center space, among other amenities.

The property was listed for sale after Western Union signed a lease for its new headquarters at One Belleview Station in Denver in 2017, according to the publication.
