Network service provider Earthlink Holdings Corp. acquired retail managementconsulting firm Boston Retail Partners LLC for an undisclosed amount.

The deal is a part of EarthLink's strategy to offer in-depthconsultation and end-to-end technology support to retail clients, the companysaid July 14.

Boston Retail Partners has 40 employees.
