Intercontinental Real Estate buys Seattle office property for $157M

Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. paid $157 million to acquire the two-building Roosevelt Commons office complex totaling 229,299 square feet in Seattle.

The company, which bought the fully leased property at 4300 Roosevelt Way NE and 4311 11th Ave. NE on behalf of one of its managed funds, said the transaction marks its first commercial office asset purchase in Seattle.
