Almost Family sells additional 450,000 shares in common stock offering

Almost Family Inc. said underwriters of its common stock offering exercised the over-allotment option to purchase an additional 450,000 shares, raising the total number of shares sold in the offering to 3,450,000 common shares.

Total gross proceeds amounted to approximately $153.5 million, and total net proceeds of the offering to Almost Family, minus underwriting discounts, commissions and other estimated expenses, will be about $144.3 million.

The common stock offering and the sale of additional shares related to the option are expected to close on or about Jan. 25.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, while Capital One Securities Inc., Fifth Third Securities Inc. and Regions Securities LLC are acting as co-managers.
