Jeffrey Watson was named CFO of Sun Valley, Calif.-based Mission Valley Bancorp and its unit, Mission Valley Bank, effective Dec. 26, 2019.

Watson replaced Diane Auten, who resigned from her position effective on the same date.

He will take on the new position in addition to his current capacity as COO of Mission Valley Bank.
