Australia's Beroni Group Ltd. named Peter Wong as CFO, replacing Chris Deng, effective immediately.

Wong will also become an executive director, while Deng will continue to serve as a nonexecutive director.

Concurrently, Zhinan Yin will join Beroni Group's board as a non-executive director.

Yin is a professor at the Institute of Biomedical Transformation at Jinan University and a visiting professor at Yale University.

Beroni Group, together with its subsidiaries, develops products in the fields of biotechnology, life science, environmental science and new energy.
